Investry AI is an AI-powered portfolio analytics platform designed to help users visualize and analyze their investment holdings using advanced language models and data processing tools.
Investry AI is an informational tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All analysis is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Your use of any information provided by the Service is at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. We use Supabase for authentication, supporting both email and Google OAuth.
We offer the following subscription tiers:
New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will be billed automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service, but we may make exceptions at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, automated scraping of the Service, attempting to bypass security measures, or reverse engineering our analytics engine.
Investry AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Investry AI. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Investry AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall Investry AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or investments, arising out of your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
